The SM model is a fully automatic high output monolayer extruder. Equipped with AC motors with inverters for the extruder, haul-off unit, secondary nip and for the winders, it has 2 separate fully automatic tension control zones and a sheeting winder option. The winder is equipped with a fully automatic bobbin change device. The bubble cage is also fully motorized. Available for LDPE, LLDPE and/or HDPE (with die and air ring insert options), up to 3000mm wide. Optional oscillating tower (vertical or horizontal).
