The SL model is a semi-automatic monolayer extruder. Equipped with AC motors with inverters for the extruder and haul-off unit, it is also equipped with a secondary nip above the winder. This allows for 2 separate tension control zones and a sheeting winder option with semi-automatic bobbin change. Both the secondary nip and the winder are controlled via DC motors. Available for LDPE, LLDPE and/or HDPE (with die and air ring insert options), up to 3000mm wide.
