Sun Centre manufactures a wide variety of monolayer lines. Starting from the MIDI, a simple machine dedicated to the t-shirt bag industry up to the SM model, a completely automatic line with AC vector motors and drives, automatic tension control and bobbin change device. Working with Sun Centre machines will allow you to make a high quality product with a low initial investment.

	Midi This product line is dedicated to the T-shirt bag industry. Economic, simple and versatile, this machine has good productivity and produces a constant quality product with either HDPE or LDPE. Extruder and haul-up unit equipped with AC motors, fully manual winder equipped with DC torque motor.
	SL The SL model is a semi-automatic monolayer extruder. Equipped with AC motors with inverters for the extruder and haul-off unit, it is also equipped with a secondary nip above the winder.
	SM The SM model is a fully automatic high output monolayer extruder. Equipped with AC motors with inverters for the extruder, haul-off unit, secondary nip and for the winders, it has 2 separate fully automatic tension control zones and a sheeting winder option.
